Education : New Zealand has eight universities and 21 state owned polytechnics and institutes of technology. There are also a large number of private training establishments, some of which are able to grant certificates, diplomas and even degrees.

Eligibility : Class XII board examinations (CBSE, ICSE and state boards) and graduation qualifications are accepted. Proof of English language proficiency is required (TOEFL or IELTS).

Work rules : Full-time international students in New Zealand can be granted permission to work for 20 hours per-week during school term, and full-time during holidays if their course runs for more than a year. The minimum wage is $12.75 per-hour.
